Horrible fuel price crisis leaves no way out to those who do not use advanced types of energy. With this technology the whole planet will forget about such stupid things as jumping prices on oil and gas products and robbing electricity bills! This is the brand new type of engine, that does not need ANY fuel or electricity to work. There are the energies of sun and wind, electrical and energy of explosions (in your car engine). We are going to show you the power of kinetic energy! Absolutely FREE Energy! This technology can be used in all spheres of our daily life 100% FREE! If its mechanic elements would last forever (which is impossible in physical world) this would be a PERPETUAL MOTION ENGINE :)

Yahoo Answers For Perpetual Motion Engine
Question What do I need to build a perpetual motion engine?
I'd like to power my home and not have to pay to do it. So what parts will I need to build this perpetual motion machine? And schematics would be helpful.
Best Answer In the real world, there is no such thing as perpetual motion, the laws of physics deem that anything will eventually fail at some point. So much for academe. Solar power is about as close as you can get, along with careful consideration in how the structure is built to minimize its requirements of power.Things like building a subterranian dwelling will keep the structure in a closely confined temperature range, thus to begin with you would have a 'known' in the requirments for energy to keep a constant temperature. A simple solar hot water heater can be constructed by anyone out of common items for Home Depot. Water can be brought to a temperature of 180° just with direct sunlight. That water could be put to a lot of uses besides just having scalding shower capabilities. Wind energy would be a great supplement with the solar, and even wind can be generated from the heat the sun provides. What you would like to accomplish is not all that difficult and need not be all that expensive IF the entire structure is planned. Currently we are trying to adapt these same technologies to 'unfriendly' structures and some good success is being experienced regardless of this haphazzard approach. Starting to build with the goal of self sufficient desire makes everything quite attainable. Naturally any system would need to have 'back up' capability to supply essential power requirements at times the environment would not allow the solar/wind generation to function. Battery power is he first thing most would think of, but ancient technology could provide very efficient energy sources as well. An example is a methane generator. In its crudest form, nothing more than a pit where garbage is placed and left to decompose (rot). A perfectly natural process that provides a natural gas for burning. Anything from a gas stove for cooking use to a steam power plant to generate electricity is little more than putting a system in place.

Question Is there really a succesfull perpetual motion engine been invented ?
Best Answer no there isn't... not unless some ones finally figured out how to defy the fundamental laws of physics (which I highly doubt). Damn that pesky conservation of energy law!

Question perpetual motion engine?
i have developed a new perpetual motion engine for use in the transportation industry.how or who do i contact for help in development of this device?
Best Answer Snarky answer: you asked this in Engineering, maybe you should try in Mythology and Folklore instead. Real answer: try a local university. Find someone with some credibility in the engineering/science area to look over your invention and vet it out. Be prepared to be rebuffed with skepticism. Be also prepared to fully understand the concepts in the link below, and how your device manages to get around them.
